moderator miss using his power

   Hi can some body explain why a moderator mis-using his power ? i was kicked from 15 ball tm and 8 ball tm and got banned for 60 hours with a fake reason, he said i chat non-english any proof why though we are here to have fun not to get bullied. i just asked the moderator why you kicked me he said foul and i argued and now he has a grudge against me doesnt make sense is he a 12 years old kid ?
